Questions before you start

Who owns my website?

You own the website and its content once the agreed build payment has been made. We manage the technical side while your management plan is active.

When do I pay?

The automated demo is free. Pay the one-off build price on completion, after approving your final website and before it goes live. Management is billed monthly in advance.

Can you help with my domain name?

Yes. We can connect a domain you already own or help you choose and set up a new one. Domain registration is charged separately by the domain provider.

How do I request changes?

Send your change directly to Tom by WhatsApp or email. Everyday text, image, price and opening-hour updates are included in management.

Can I cancel management?

Yes. You can cancel the monthly management service at any time. We will explain the available handover or hosting options before anything changes.
